Please note that our free shipping policy only applies when it is explicitly specified as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.
To ensure smooth delivery of your order, please provide a complete postal address that includes a pin code, email address, and contact number. Please double-check your pin code and contact number before placing your order.
If your ordered item is in stock, we will pack and dispatch it from our warehouse within 3 working days. However, if some of the ordered items are out of stock, we will produce them and dispatch them within 10 working days of placing the order. We will keep you informed in such situations.
Our courier partners will deliver your shipment between Monday and Saturday, from 9 am to 7 pm. Please note that delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and strikes that may cause unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters. Sundays and public holidays are excluded from working days.
Once your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. We appreciate your patience until then.
