Refund policy

REFUND POLICY
Once an order is shipped, aditribes.com will not accept return or refund requests . However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.
Damaged product received:
- If you receive a damaged product from aditribes.com, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by sending an email to care@tribalscart.com. In the email, please include your order number, a photo of the invoice, a photo of the outer box, and clear images of the damaged product. Please note that if your shipment contains multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
- We are committed to promptly resolving any issues with damaged products. If you notify us of a damaged product within 5 days of delivery, we will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) as soon as possible. We will work with you to find an amicable solution to the issue.
- Once you send the email about the damaged product, we will respond within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance to help you return and replace the product.
Product is missing:
- If a product is missing from your order, please notify aditribes.com within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to care@tribalscart.com. In the email, please include your order number, a photo of the invoice, a photo of the outer box, and clear images of the opened box showing all items received.
- Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for missing products. However, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product to you.
- Once you send the email about the missing product, we will respond within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance to help you receive the missing product.
Spoiled product received:
- If you receive a spoiled product from aditribes.com, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to care@tribalscart.com. In the email, please include your order number, the date of packaging or manufacture, and clear images or video of the spoiled product.
- Please note that we are unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma. Our products are completely natural and mostly made by hand, which means that no two batches will be identical. However, we are committed to ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and retain maximum nutritional value.
- If you notify us of a spoiled product, we will work with you to find an amicable solution. We will investigate the issue thoroughly and ensure a fair outcome at all times.
- Once you send the email about the spoiled product, we will respond within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance to help you resolve the issue.
